Squad Formation
 
Team Leader - Joel : It is his duty to help make important mission plans and strategies with the squad leaders before and during a battle. His position within a squad varies, he normaly joins up with the ODB/CQB squad but if he is requested to the Recon squad he can join up with them. All squad leaders must report thier movements or status enabling him to inform them of any dangers or other squad reports coenciding with their actions.
 

ODB/CQB Squad - ODB leader - Josh, CQB leader - Chris : The ODB and CQB squads are one whole squad able to adapt to any terrain. It is the ODB/CQB leaders job to comand thier squad in the heat of the battle. They must know all of individual squad member capabilities and specialties, along with casualties. They must constantly be looking for weaknesses and holes in enemy positions while maintaning squad perimiters.

The purpose of the squad is to always be engaging the enemy and conflicting heavy casualties. Individual squad members must be able to use team work and there skills to follow orders. Every squad member is encouraged to give there impute on battle plans and strategies. They however do not have the power to order any team member around. Any complaints about a squad member or squad leader must be imiditly told to the team leader. The squad members are:  Josh-Chris--Fed-Chip-Zolf-Bobby and squad sniper Mcvey.

Recon Squad - J.J. : Recon squad leader must gather intel on enemy movements, plans, or weakneses. He must then decide the best plan of action for the ODB/CQB squad, all his findings and sugestions will be sent to the Team leader who will then relay the information to the ODB/CQB squad leaders.

He must also be in charge of his one or two man squad, he will deploy his men in the field for the best possible scouting information. This squad will also be used to scout good ares of cover and defensive postions. Squad members are: J.J.--Shane-Grubb.

Sniper/Support Gunner Attachments: This group of men consist of snipers and machine gunners. Any one or all can be assaigned to a squad at any time. They must get a confirmation from the team leader before they join a squad. There main use is to supply cover fire from a distance while squad is moving.
